V-Ray 6 Update 2 for Cinema 4D

Soft Cinema 4D V-Ray

V-Ray 6 for Cinema 4D Update 2 introduces initial support for rendering scenes created in the real-time renderer, Enscape. This feature was previously available in V-Ray for 3ds Max and SketchUp. Users also receive a beta version of .vrscene format support, enabling the import of scenes from other editions of V-Ray, along with a new live link to Vantage, Chaos' real-time renderer.
Support for Open Shading Language has been re-added, and the OSL Material now allows the loading of OSL shader code files. Furthermore, it's possible to import and render MaterialX .mtlx materials through the VRMat material. The material conversion system introduced in V-Ray 6 for Cinema 4D has been expanded, offering new capabilities to convert Cinema 4D materials to V-Ray Classic materials and Redshift materials to V-Ray Node materials.

V-Ray GPU, the rendering engine for GPU/CPU, can now render assets created using Enmesh, the new geometry replication system in V-Ray surfaces. Additionally, for working with rendering passes, a new 'Shadow Select' option has been introduced in the Light Select rendering element, along with support for chromatic aberration in the V-Ray frame buffer.
Moreover, IES lighting has been added to the Chaos Cosmos online asset library, which is now included in all V-Ray subscriptions.
