Location: Kazakhstan Year: 2024 Total area of the objects: ≈ 300,000 m2 Although it is November, I am happy to present the first part of my portfolio for 2024. This is an extensive collection of architectural concepts that are still in development and have been modified compared to what you see in these pictures. Here you will find projects for various purposes: universities and schools, sports arenas and stadiums, office buildings and private mansions, theaters and hotels. My goal is to find the very idea that connects architecture with the place where it will be located. Guys, remember: an architect is not only a visualizer or a draftsman or a hired bot frozen only on minimal tasks in the office. This is the one who promotes the idea and philosophy of the project from the embryo to the moment when the building begins to live its life. Your project is a reflection of your inner world and thoughts. Specifically, these projects reflect certain things related to the customer's TK, the spirit of the city and the future potential. Some buildings resemble the shape of an eagle, others are arms supporting structures. Somewhere, hands shake hands with each other in a handshake gesture, somewhere they take the form of a prayer — bat. And there are shapes that refer to hats, plates, travel bags and flowers. In some cases, the master plan is inspired by Malevich's paintings. Everything has a symbolism. But the main thing is that the idea of architecture is the basis for new perspectives, inspiration for future generations and the elaboration of more interesting building functionality. Perhaps not all projects are "WOW", but I tried to squeeze the maximum out of the money allocated for projects in all projects. Customers and construction companies appreciate this, the efficiency of project approval is almost 100%. That is, all these projects are under construction or will be built in different cities of Kazakhstan. Thanks to all customers, design bureaus, construction companies for the opportunity to grow in their field, for the opportunity to implement their ideas brick by brick here and now.
