MotionBuilder 2025.1 primarily brings workflow updates, including the introduction of new keyboard shortcuts, improved object selection, and enhanced performance when selecting or deselecting groups. The release is notable because it marks the first time in at least five years that Autodesk has released more than one update for MotionBuilder in a single year.

MotionBuilder 2025 is available for Windows 10 and above, and RHEL and Rocky Linux 8.7/9.3. The software is available only via subscription, with a yearly cost of $2,145.
