Procedural visualization of a face-centered cubic (FCC) copper crystal lattice structure, created using Houdini and Solaris. This project explores procedural generation of atomic bonds and the integration of complex technical design into high-end LookDev and rendering. Pipeline & Features: Modeling & Assembly: Fully procedural structure built via SOP workflows with precise mathematical setup for lattice constants, coordination numbers, and atomic mass. Shading & LookDev (Solaris / Karma): Carefully tuned physical lighting to achieve an atmospheric, vintage scientific illustration aesthetic. Custom PBR materials simulating light refraction inside amber-like nodes combined with a detailed parchment background. Software Used: SideFX Houdini, Solaris, Karma, MaterialX.
