Archived work (2023) High Poly → Low Poly The Orient Express is a luxury passenger train that has operated between Paris and Constantinople (Istanbul) since 1883 under the management of the Orient-Express Hotels company. This scene takes place inside an Orient Express carriage somewhere in the 1950s. The project took me three months to complete because many of the tasks involved things I was doing for the first time. I had to remake, fix, and rethink a lot of elements along the way. For me, it became a real test of perseverance and stress resistance. Over the course of these months, I significantly improved my skills (thanks in large part to my mentor). If you take a closer look at the scene and pay attention to the details, you may notice that it tells a small story of its own. P.S. For the romantics: the text written in the diary is not a random quote from the internet. I combined Edward's wedding speech from Twilight with several quotes from my personal quote book. And yes, the face in the photographs is a deepfake version of my own
