"In Search of the Lost City" - Environment Concept This piece is a cinematic concept art of a mysterious ancient sanctuary nestled deep within a dense forest. The work combines 3D modeling and digital painting to create a richly detailed and atmospheric scene. I started with a rough 3D blockout to establish the composition, lighting, and perspective. This foundation helped build believable depth and scale, setting the mood through directional light and shadow play. Over the 3D base, I applied photobashing techniques and digital painting to add textures, foliage, and intricate architectural details - aiming to capture the feeling of a forgotten place filled with stories and secrets.
