This project presents the creation of a 3D headphones model, which became a key visual element of the podcast brand. The model was designed for use both as a static 2D logo and as part of the channel’s video intro. Concept and Goal The goal of the project was to create an expressive and easily recognizable headphones design that conveys the atmosphere of the podcast: immersive sound, a personal soundtrack of life, and a high-quality audio experience. The logo needed to be versatile and readable in both static and dynamic formats. Process and Implementation Modeling: detailed headphone geometry was built, including the headband, earcups, and connectors. Textures and Materials: plastic with subtle gloss and metal with controlled reflections were used. The color palette was chosen to emphasize brand identity and maintain readability across different backgrounds. Lighting and Rendering: a studio scene was set up with soft key lighting and reflections to highlight the shape and materials. Frames were prepared for the 2D logo. Storyboarding: compositions for static images were created based on the model to be used in the podcast logo. Animation: in the next stage, both the model and camera were animated in Blender to produce video frames for the video logo and intro. The final result is a dynamic, stylish animation fully integrated into the podcast’s visual identity. Result The final outcome is a clean, modern, and expressive visual representation, suitable for both static and video use. The headphones model remains readable and recognizable at any size or format. The animation enhances the professional and contemporary branding of the podcast, adding dynamism and visual appeal to the video logo.
