Emerged from the evolution of creatures left on the ocean floor after a mysterious cataclysm. They adapted to the pressure, darkness, and toxic waters, becoming nightmares of the deep sea. Behavior and Culture: Deftomorphs communicate through ultrasonic signals and the glow of bioluminescent patterns. They do not build cities, but use shipwrecks and ruins as shelters. They are considered predator-hunters. The most adapted individuals become leaders. Appearance:Skin - covered with rough, shell-like scales with areas of bioluminescent organs that can go out and light up. Eyes - huge, capable of seeing in total darkness. Some representatives have additional eyes on their shoulders or back. Limbs - elongated, with clawed fingers covered with membranes that help maneuver in the water. Jaw - capable of extending to reveal rows of jagged teeth, and a tongue with venomous spikes at the end. Features and Abilities: Adaptation to the depths - can withstand tremendous pressure and is able to remain active even in extreme cold. Hybrid mutations - able to temporarily alter its anatomy, such as growing additional limbs or increasing its movement speed.
