At the edge of an Estonian pine forest stands a remarkable piece of architectural heritage - Villa Andropoff, designed by renowned architects Raine Karp and Meeli Truu in the late 1970s. Our studio was tasked with creating property CGI that would showcase its transformation into "Ehe" (meaning "authentic" in Estonian), a luxury resort that honors its protected status while embracing modern comfort.
The visualization challenge was unique: demonstrate how a historically protected monument could evolve without compromising its architectural integrity. Our property marketing visuals capture the building throughout the day, from morning light filtering through pines to evening scenes that dramatize Soviet-era architectural elements.
