This project is made for the new district that arises in the old industrial part of the city, which however have benefits of beautiful greenery around and seacoast in the walking distance. The idea of the residence is a relaxing place for living. Nice outdoor facilities with an urban garden and cosy yard. We were excited to create renders for this real estate development project. Striving to have our projects super realistic, and a bit moody, we are happy to see the trend for property marketing goes this way too. This was an enjoyable cooperation experience with a customer - a rare and happy moment when our vision and taste are perfectly matched. Enjoy! Artist’s comment: Setup and overall mood of the project seemed excellent for experimenting with some materials wearing, to add some character to the surfaces. Mixed in some scratches and other imperfections maps from Quixel, the result seems to be a right balance between realism brutality and splendour needed for a commercial project.
