Author’s comment:
Since I watched the movie by Clint Eastwood "Letters from Iwo Jima", I really wanted to create some Japanese wheapon of World War 2. And there it is - Nambu Type 14, Japanese pistol, that was widely used during WW2.
It's a Game-ready model, 26940 tris. 3 Udims - two for pistol itself with 4k textures, one for magasine with 2k textures.
All modeling were done in Blender, High poly slightly agjusted in Zbrush. Baking in Marmoset, Texturing in Substance Painter and Photoshop. For render I used Marmoset (images with a black background) and tried rendering in Unreal Engine for the first time (images with a scene composition). Also learned a lot about lighting set up during the process of rendering.
Huge thanks to all the people who provided feedback during the creation process, and thanks to you for checking up my work, hope you like it smiley
Have a good day
