Location: Moscow Customer: INTECO https://ilyinka.ru/ Ilyinka 3/8 is a white-stone complex of exclusive low-rise club mansions with luxury apartments in the neo-Russian style, 300 meters from the Kremlin on one of the oldest business streets of the capital. Three of the seven mansions are three-story 19th-century historic buildings that will be extensively restored. The architectural concept of the new buildings suggests a laconic solution of white-stone facades with arched accents and sophistication made of noble patinated brass and wood, in harmony with historical mansions. The entrance groups of the residences are decorated with exact copies of zoomorphic reliefs from the facades of the ancient St. George's Cathedral in the city of Yuryevo-Polsky, Vladimir Region.
