The Magic Academy, led by its Archmage Morten the Inquisitive, decided to challenge a dangerous enemy who has awakened in one of the dead worlds. Morten opened a portal from the dead world to the Citadel and there he fought against the awakened representative of the ancient race and his AI-equipped robots. The robots were forced to serve the ancient, but they did not like it and they managed to come to an agreement with Morten and with the common forces they overthrew him. In return, the robots promised to open many new scientific and technical discoveries in front of the Citadel and the entire Academy of Magic. Too bad Morten doesn't recognize them. My painting depicts the farewell ceremony for a defeated powerful enemy, after defeating him.
