Adobe has released Photoshop 25.12

The release of Photoshop 25.12 does not feature any significant changes except for an update to the workflow. It now includes the ability to view notifications directly within the app when sending documents for review.

Photoshop 25.12 is compatible with Windows 10 and higher, and macOS 11.2 and higher. It is also referred to in the online documentation as the version released in September 2024. The subscription for Photoshop as a single app costs $34.49 per month or $263.88 per year.
