Спасибо всем за комментарии! Я этот эффект делал на старом ноутбуке вручную старыми способоами, а потом только узнал, что есть плаин Ruins с поддержкой CUDA который способен сделать разрушения за несколько минут.

Тут нет никакого захвата движения, есть обычный matchmoving который сделан в SynthEyes.
