Tasks and features of the work: • Exterior and landscaping: modeling architectural volumes, designing facade materials (natural wood, porcelain stoneware, panoramic glazing) and the landscape environment (green spaces, recreation area by the pool). • Internal sectors: software development for mass study (daytime and evening studies), development of PBR materials, and the app is an expanded library for reading. • Lighting and atmosphere: setting up physically accurate natural and artificial light (pool lighting, facade lighting, and interior lighting).
