This selection presents the design concept for a 97.2 m² apartment in Moscow's Hide residential complex. Project materials: Marta Kulagina, RemBrand. Project year: 2026. These are three original 3D visualizations, not photographs of a completed renovation. The studio editorial team is publishing the material with the project author credited.
The kitchen and dining area
The first image places a light kitchen, dining table and cascading chandelier in one composition. Metal details in the chandelier echo the chair frames. The patterned backsplash and relief on the cabinet fronts contribute to the same view, rather than serving as unrelated decorative choices.
This perspective helps discuss the relationship between the objects, but it does not provide every dimension. The table and chair positions should be compared with the furniture plan; the chandelier position with the lighting plan. Changing an object calls for another look at the shared composition.
A wardrobe with transparent fronts
The second view reveals hanging sections, open shelving and drawers behind glass fronts. Thin metal frames organise the doors. Integrated lighting makes the storage arrangement visible, not merely the outside shape of the wardrobe.
Transparent fronts also make the contents part of the interior image. The visual solution therefore needs to be considered alongside the storage requirements. Working dimensions and door movements must be checked against drawings and the selected fittings.
A bedroom with decorative panels
The third image shows a soft headboard against tall panels with diagonal lines and metal inserts. Light upholstery and textiles soften the graphic wall. This view allows the wall treatment, bed scale and neighbouring details to be considered together.
These are different rooms within one project. Plans and working drawings add information that a perspective image cannot supply. Keeping the two representations together supports a more useful discussion: renders explain the composition, while drawings allow spatial and technical relationships to be checked.
