Stone Bandits A recent personal character design study exploring shape language, material contrast, and visual hierarchy. The main challenge was creating three characters that immediately communicate their role within the group without relying on dialogue or narrative context. I focused on silhouette, proportion, and surface treatment, using a shared visual element—the crimson crystal—to tie the faction together while allowing each character to retain a distinct identity.
