Tatra T158 Phoenix + UDS 214 This project is a completely built-from-scratch model of the UDS 214 excavator-planner based on the Tatra T158 Phoenix all-wheel drive chassis. The goal was to recreate not only the exterior, but also the overall character and technical features of the car. The model was created with basic real-time management and usage, although it is still under development and has areas that can be improved further. Special attention was paid to the key constructive aspects of the Tatra platform.: - independent suspension of semi-axles with pivoting fists - special arrangement of offset axles - general mechanical design of the car The UDS 214 system makes the car versatile, allowing it to be used to solve a wide range of tasks. In real life, this type of equipment can also work with the Micro drive system, which allows you to control the movement of the car directly from the excavator workplace. This project is also a personal tribute. The car was chosen in memory of my father, who worked in this technique.
