A building modeled based on blueprints prepared for Moskomarkhitektura (AGR). I strove for maximum dimensional accuracy and incorporated the client's specific requirements. The model features an optimized polygon count and a strictly limited number of materials. It is a real-world building; the interior has also been modeled but remains untextured (as there were no requirements for that aspect).
