The project is focused on further serial production: SLA/LCD printing of the master model, production of silicone molds and resin casting. Basic requirements: • the product size is approximately 11-15 cm; • the construction is as light and hollow as possible; • wall thickness is approximately 1.5–2 mm (taking into account technological requirements); • The model must be prepared for subsequent casting and correctly divided into separate parts for printing, molding and assembly.; • It is advisable to avoid solutions that significantly complicate the production of silicone molds and the extraction of castings. Stylistics: miniature jewelry, Baroque, premium collectible souvenir. Faberge products can be used as a guideline for quality and overall impression. Bratislava Castle should be well recognizable, but an exact architectural copy is not required. Decision Made in zbrush. First, the general volumes of primitives, a ball, cones, cubes, a truncated pyramid, then polygonal modeling and adding details, relief on a highly polygonal model, creating thickness and breaking it down into its component parts. The main difficulty was to determine the proportions, since it was necessary to observe not the similarity to the real castle, but with its toy incarnation. Result The customer was satisfied with the result, the model turned out to be as similar as possible to the reference and at the same time simplified for the silicone mold, since silicone may not grasp a complex surface with microreliefs.
