Timeless architecture. The main concept of the project is to create a family estate that will remain relevant for decades to come. We opted for the neoclassical (modern classic) style, stripping it of excessive moldings and heavy ornamentation.
The strict symmetry of the facades, precisely calibrated proportions, and the noble monochrome gray tone of the walls, combined with a graphic dark standing-seam roof, create the image of a distinguished yet visually light home. Contrasting dark window frames and panoramic glazing add a contemporary touch to the architecture while letting maximum natural light into the interiors.
Architectural Solutions (The Design Rationale)
Integrating Nature and Architecture.
One of the primary goals was to blur the boundaries between the house and the garden. To achieve this, a spacious extension with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows (serving as a winter garden/lounge area) was designed on the courtyard side.
Usable Roof Terrace.
The roof of the extension serves as an additional private terrace with sun loungers — a perfect spot for sunbathing, offering the best view of the property.
The Grand Entrance.
The front facade welcomes guests with a classic symmetrical portico featuring columns and a balcony, emphasizing the owners' status while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Master Plan & Landscaping (Lifestyle Scenarios)
The expansive plot of over 2,700 square meters allowed us to create a full-fledged private resort, completely hidden from prying eyes. The master plan features distinct zoning:
The Front (Entrance) Area. An elegant driveway, manicured lawns, a designated guest parking area, and a discreet entrance to the garage.
The Green Buffer Zone. Mature trees are planted along the perimeter to create a natural green wall. This ensures absolute privacy and tranquility—qualities of paramount importance in Moscow.
The Private Recreation Area (Backyard):
-The focal point: the swimming pool. Its clean, rectangular shape perfectly complements the classical architecture of the house.
-Al-fresco dining area. A spacious patio featuring a long table, designed for family dinners and outdoor entertaining.
-Lounge areas. Cozy nooks are thoughtfully scattered throughout the estate: wooden swings, a crescent-shaped designer hammock, and spaces with wicker loungers and floor lamps for a romantic evening ambiance.
Ergonomics & Convenience. The project was designed with ultimate comfort in mind:
Seamless circulation.
Effortless movement around the property is ensured by a well-thought-out network of paved pathways seamlessly integrated into the lawn.
Sun and shade balance.
The landscape and terraces are meticulously planned so that, at any time of day, one can easily find a spot to bask in the warm sun or retreat to the refreshing shade of the house or trees.
Year-round living.
The panoramic extension allows residents to enjoy views of the snow-covered garden in winter from the warmth of the indoors. In summer, the glass doors can be fully opened, seamlessly merging the living room with the poolside terrace.
