Work for the March of Robots 2026 contest. Yuna (UPO-3 "Partner") When creating Yuna, I adhered to the principles of product design. It should look like it really exists: practical, believable, without unnecessary decoration. Color, shape, materials, everything is subordinated to function. Matte white body, orange inserts, markings, absence of sharp corners and a recognizable non-aggressive image. A combat mode is provided, it is achieved by quickly replacing limbs with reinforced modules. In her normal state, Yuna is a patrol android who doesn't scare the citizens. In combat, it is a compact but dangerous unit. Leo is a man who could have been in the office for a long time, but does not want to. He's an old-school wearer: shirt, tie, suspenders. And at the same time - high boots, a bionic hand and the tired look of a man who has seen too much. Its design is based on contrast. The form is strict, dark, and functional. But the details betray the character: loosened tie, unshaven, scuff marks on the implants. He's not a superhero. He's just a professional who doesn't burn out just because he sometimes lets himself have a doughnut at the end of his shift.
