Cadillac Eldorado concept from the late 60s.
It's very interesting to work with old sketches and understand the logic of the artists and designers of those years. In this project, a 3D concept by a General Motors designer was recreated, dedicated to the search for a stylistic solution for the body of the popular model — the Cadillac Eldorado.
The car sits on a standard platform and, although it looks large, actually fits within the standard dimensions of full-size coupes of those years: 5.8 meters in length and just over 2 meters in width. What's unusual is the number of seats — there is no rear row at all, only two full seats and one spot in the center. Real models always had a spacious rear row.
I designed the final images in the style of advertising brochures from those years. I will continue to bring ideas from the past to life in 3D.
