I truly love Heroes of Might and Magic V — in my opinion, HOMM5 has the best creature and character design in the entire Might & Magic series. I would especially like to highlight the Dark Elf faction. Their visual style is incredibly striking and atmospheric. It was likely inspired by the Aeldari race from the Warhammer universe — you can feel a similar elegance and predatory grace in the silhouettes, armor shapes, and overall aesthetic. And since I’m a 3D character artist, why not pay tribute to this magnificent game by reimagining one of its characters in my own interpretation? Big thanks to Denis(ziphrize) for the animation!
