Author’s comment:
I present to you a model of a city hall in an American town setting, created by me back in 2018 for a mobile game project. This key building and the center of the entire city (based on Napa, California) represents the recognizable, unique architecture of the United States, wrapped in a low-poly, optimized asset that continues to delight players and generate revenue for the project. One of the most important objectives was to integrate this city hall into the previously developed city plan, which was achieved.
Technical Features:
The model was created with strict polygon and draw call limits in mind, maintaining high performance on a wide range of mobile devices.
The use of texture atlases and geometry reuse minimizes asset size without sacrificing visual quality.
The model meets all game engine requirements—no unnecessary edges, proper triangulation, and correct normals.
The architectural elements are designed to be easily adapted or used to create environmental variability.
This work is a testament to my ability to create professional game content that has been used in real production for years. I am adept at balancing aesthetics and technical constraints, which is critical for commercial development.
