Grumpy Goblin is a character i have created to boost my UE5 workflow. I started from sphere in Zbrush and step by step developed this character to a rendered one in Unreal Engine 5.7 For sculpting head i used alphas and XYZ textures with manual sculpting by hand. Cloth i made with noise maker texture and a lot of manual sculpting, i added fibers as a separate pieces and baked it after as opacity map and added some on top of the cloth. After sculpt and details i retopo the head, cloth and armor in Blender and eventually UW unwrapped them. I split pieces into 3 texture sets with UDIMS in order to achieve some quality. I also baked displacement map in Zbrush for the head. I textured everything in Substance Painter, after baking process i made UE scene and loaded textures step by step to control them after many revisions. The lowest amount of polygons of the head is 2.3k, cloth 1k, helmet 4k 3 texture sets + eyes from Metahuman I also made a groom in Blender using hair curve system and exported it as an alembic in UE5 and just made it work
