Develop and approve the interior and exterior design concept. Create key marketing materials to attract initial investors and guests. Project concept: ‘Quiet luxury’ — an atmosphere of privacy, harmony with nature, and impeccable attention to detail. The visualisations should convey the feeling of a secluded club holiday, where every angle emphasises exclusivity. Work on the project: 1. Facade and specific areas on the hotel grounds 2. Usable roof (lounge terrace) 3. Some rooms from public areas Technologies and approach used: Programmes: 3ds Max + Corona Render — main part of the work, Photoshop — post-processing, Stable Diffusion — integration of people. Focus: Attractive rendering through the use of scatters, realistic materials, fine colour adjustment of plants, natural lighting and detailing, integration of people to bring the image to life. Working with management: Step-by-step approval of the layout, surroundings, models and final images.
