🔹 Project: K House 🔹 Visualizer: Anna Nagikh 🔹 Architect: Mayresse Arquitetura (original project) 🔹 Location: Brazil 🔹 Year: 2025 🔹 Software: 3ds Max + Corona Renderer, Photoshop, AI This is a visualization of a private residential house — K House, inspired by the real architectural project by Mayresse Arquitetura. The main goal was to accurately convey the character of the architecture, paying close attention to details, while also enhancing my skills in photorealistic rendering. In addition to replicating the original structure, I wanted to add something of my own — through lighting, atmosphere, and post-production. The same views were rendered at different times of day: daylight, overcast rainy weather, sunset, and night. This approach helped to set the mood, add storytelling, and make the visualizations more layered and vivid. Special focus was given to vegetation and lighting. Scene optimization was a challenge in itself — working with high-quality plant models required balancing visual fidelity and performance.
