At one time, I got hooked on Neapolitan pizza, the Italians carried this craft practically in their primitive premises. The Pompeii oven, which stands at the head of traditional pizzerias, closes the fire on the desire to cook. The cooking temperature is from 350-400 degrees Celsius, the pizza is cooked in 90 seconds.
