The villa is located on the southern slope of the sea coast of Sochi. The road to the building descends in a serpentine, at the end of which the first impression of the house awaits the visitor. He meets him with a protruding console leaning on a large stone. In this accentuated projection, more like the tail of one of the inhabitants of the seas or the wing of an airplane, there is a study with a large panoramic glazing.
Stained glass windows perform a dividing and protective function, but do not interfere with the perception of the first floor as a single space. Sliding doors in the open state turn the living room, pool terrace and patio into one.
The technical rooms necessary for each building are located next to the garage, which also offers impressive views at the entrance to the building.
With the help of the "infinity pool" technology, the merging of the water surface of the pool and the sea is achieved.
