My entry for Flaxig's “draw this in your style” challenge. I love witches, the night sky, and magic hair, so there was no way I could resist drawing this dtiys xD I also decided to set some tasks for learning: Silhouettes. I love silhouettes and really want to learn how to work with them properly. Light on dark and dark on light. I think I’ve done pretty well here. Effects. One of my “favorite” mistakes is to break the form with “cool color light” xD I tried so had to control myself not to do it here too xD Tone. Also, I often make almost black and almost white parts in my art. It's hard not to do very dark colors in a dark night scene, but I think the details here are pretty readable, so it's a success! xD
