Author’s comment:
Upon arrival in Europe, earthlings really discovered the icy ocean. And indeed there were luminous areas near the bottom. In clouds of sulfur dioxide. Sulfur, which was abundant in the satellite, as expected, was massively brought in from Europe’s neighbor, Io, whose satellite is dominated by sulfur (Info from the wiki).
Like people and Europe, the bottom was double. Another liquid layer was discovered there. And besides biologically active. And besides, it was as light as ... in the evening. Light was emitted by bacteria, which were active in the pillars of gases beating from the bowels of the satellite. In the upper layer, these bacteria died. In addition to bacteria, the population was also large creatures. They can be compared rather with mushrooms or plants.
By sounding the Second Ocean, the necessary studies and observations were carried out. Conclusion - the environment is safe for people to stay. The team of divers-researchers launched an active activity (which, in fact, I captured in the illustration). After some time, people and equipment were committed, almost lightning attack. To a certain extent, the creatures / clumps of matter that “incinerate” everything that is alien upon contact — moved smoothly, but the researchers, as we see, did not manage to retreat in time. Will they succeed? Or is this the same "Point of No Return"?
