The space-planning solution is 4 structurally independent blocks from each other. Their facades are formed by alternating layers of Corten steel and glass; This 'layering' is intended to personify the earth, time and patience necessary for growing the fruit. Corten does not need additional coloring or any protection against water. Corrosion preserves the inner steel core - the material is 'eternal' and all-weather.
