Cartoon animation project "PoliceCars Union", aimed on a little kids audience. The task was to create a freezing, chilling and ice shards bombardment effects at the pre-animated scenes with a car-character. Also do a sand storm and eclipse effect for a several shots.
All compositing job was accomplished in BlackMagic Fusion.
