Да вы правы интересно что именно так они не вращаются. идея не моя, а взял я её из Анимэ "Навсикая из долины ветров" один летательный аппарат имел именно такой механизм вращения не по центру турбокомпрессора. А вдоль его, вокруг центра оси пропеллера.
