Year 2031. The outskirts of the metropolis captured gangs. One of the gang kidnapped a famous scientist who worked for the military government, developing augumented soldiers, enchancing the body and making major changes in the nervous system. With the knowledge provided by the scientist, the gangs were able to build their own underground surgery lab.
