In Photoshop 25.5, the Adjustment Presets system introduced in Photoshop 24.5 has been expanded: now users can save adjustment layer settings as custom Adjustment Presets. Custom presets can be exported to Photoshop .psap files, allowing them to be reused in future projects or shared with other artists.
Additionally, the contextual task panel has received new text formatting capabilities: now users can set alignment, italicization, kerning, and font style directly from the panel.

Photoshop 25.5 is available for Windows 10 and above, and macOS 11.0 and above. In the online documentation, it is also referred to as the release from February 2024.
The software is only available through subscription, with the "Photography" subscription, including access to Photoshop and Lightroom, starting at $119.88 per year. The subscription cost for Photoshop as a single app is $34.49 per month or $263.88 per year.
