Following the acquisition of Digizuite, Luxion will "integrate advanced DAM capabilities into Luxion's portfolio," which includes the widely-used visualization tool, KeyShot, known for its application in design and visualization.

Despite not being as widely recognized, Digizuite provides tools for managing digital content, including images, videos, documents, audio, and virtual reality, as well as facilitating multi-channel distribution and collaboration.

Among Digizuite's clients are major international companies and Fortune 500 companies such as Volvo, offering DAM solutions, the pricing of which can be obtained upon request. Klaus Thorsgaard, the CEO of Luxion, noted that the acquisition of Digizuite reflects the growing importance of 3D visualization in large companies for marketing and e-commerce. "The benefits of 3D visualization are no longer confined to the art and design of products. By adding Digizuite to Luxion's portfolio, we provide our customers with another essential tool - digital asset management."
Luxion's own clients include "over 60%" of Fortune 500 companies, including Google, Chrysler, and Coca-Cola.
At this point, it's not specified how or if Digizuite's technology will be integrated with KeyShot, but in July, when the acquisition was announced, Thorsgaard stated that the company aims to provide a "full-cycle solution for design, from ideation to asset management."

He noted that designers often "juggle dozens of tools" and face "growing production demands," and Luxion aims to enable them to "focus more energy on creative work." During the initial announcement, Digizuite stated that the acquisition would not lead to any changes in existing "customer relationships or agreements."

KeyShot is available for Windows 10 and above and MacOS 11.7 and above. Integration plugins are available for various DCC and CAD tools, including 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, and Maya. The software is available through a subscription model, with KeyShot Pro priced at $1,188 per year. Digizuite offers subscription plans for teams of 55 users and above, with pricing available upon request.
