Painted a portrait for a customer from France. here were no problems with delivery, I uploaded it to the cloud and sent the link. Another thing would be if I painted an oil portrait on canvas. Finish the artwork is half the battle. I need to get an export certificate, which states that the canvas is not of historical value. Packing, postage, and a long wait in hopes that the customer will get the package intact. All of this adds to the cost of paintings created with traditional materials.
