Today we would like to bring to your attention - Triada Tower. This is a case-study for a 222-meter sustainable skyscraper in Chicago, US. This mixed-used tower rises to become a prominent feature of the skyline and dictate a new sustainable approach in high-rise design and construction. One of the most distinguishing building features is a composition of three volumes connected with steel superstructure. Each volume houses specific function. Top block houses high-end apartments, mid block - five star hotel with an open terrace and swimming pool, low-one features retail and other public functions to serve the community.
