An object called the "Ark" was discovered immediately after the Second World War, more precisely, several objects were found at a considerable distance from each other and it later became clear that this is one object. After another 30 years, the Ark entered the active phase, probably the previous civilizations that inhabited the planet simply did not develop enough to study the Ark and try to at least oppose it.
