The theme of the contest was "Caravan. Shards of the Old World" A wandering circus immediately came to mind. Creatures that live their vocation, who constantly wander around different parts of the world ... this is definitely interesting. I’ll tell you right away why I chose such a non-standard format. Very simple, although this format is inconvenient for viewing, but so, the picture is visible in its entirety, and the format was ideal for a compositional idea. While I was working on this illustration, I had a whole story in my head that I’m unlikely to describe, I think the picture itself will give free rein to the imagination of the beholder.
