appreciate the render, found this while doing my search for the latest thu thiem render , however the only correct thing in this render are the right side which is the Empire city . to the left it's all wrong , There are Lotte eco smart city , metropole thu thiem , the river thu thiem and the big square are being built right now, you can look them all up they all have render and location and you'll see what you did wrong there.
