There is a boom of free textures this week. Share Textures have updated their texture library. It includes more than 250 free sets of photographic textures, including base materials, floors, concrete, metals, plaster and fabrics.

Moreover, new interesting abstract textures and animal skins have been added.

Most of the textures are rendered in 4,096 x 4,096 pixel resolutions and all are compatible with Diffuse, Displacement, Normal, Specular and Ambient Occlusion maps in TIFF or PNG formats.
