I kept this project on my disk for about two months and did not upload it, waiting for the second part. Unfortunately, I have to admit that it has been postponed indefinitely, or maybe it will not be at all. And so about the project: the essence of these modular houses is that they always have the same module size, and they can be arranged as you like. In this example, there is a sauna and a house. Both variants are made from the same module. Unfortunately, I do not know all the subtleties since I am a visualizer in this project and no more. But you must agree that the idea is interesting!
