The Marvelous Designer 2024.0.173 update introduces new USD workflows for Unreal Engine 5.4 - the latest version of the game engine, allowing the export of modeling data to UE5 in USD format.

The Marvelous Designer library now also includes 18 avatars corresponding to MetaHuman body types, making it easier to create clothing for MetaHuman characters in Unreal Engine. CLO Virtual Fashion has raised the price of its Enterprise subscription tied to nodes from $1,700 to $1,900 per year.

Marvelous Designer 2024.0 is available for Windows 10 and above, as well as macOS 12.0 and above. The software is only available through subscription. The personal subscription costs $39 per month or $280 per year. The corporate subscription costs $199 per month or $1,900 per year for a node-locked license and $2,000 per year for a floating license.
