https://www.artstation.com/artwork/x3QakX This project was inspired by my interest in ancient Greek culture, medieval history, and fantasy. I knew from the start that I wanted to shake up a few established, overused rules in my pipeline and push myself out of my comfort zone. The main goals were: - To render the character in Unreal Engine 5.6. - To create the hair using Alembic groom instead of hair cards. - To make a slightly less optimized model in terms of polycount and number of texture sets. - To spend less time on the entire project compared to my previous works. Special thanks to the concept artist Simon Gocal for his beautiful and inspiring work: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/g8LDRK
