Fan art of the Quadra V-Tech car from the game Cyberpunk 2077.
This 3D model uses the classic pipeline for developing 3D models for the gamedev industry. The entire modeling process: drafting, low-poly, high-poly and UV mapping was done in Blender, packaging and disassembling of overlaps in RizomUV, baking in Marmoset Toolbag.
The 3d model has 3 UV sets, 2 of them in 4k resolution, and one in 2k for optimization and saving resources. Most of the texturing was done in Substance 3D Painter, but Substance 3D Designer was also used to create the base color of the car - a smart material “car paint” containing reflective grain under the clear coat. The texturing used my decals, which I created in Photoshop.
The final render of the 3D model was made in Blender using our own 3D models of environmental elements: water, dome and others.
The concrete texture is not mine, it is free from third-party resources.
