I did this work for a collection of works by Belarusian artists White Book2. The sculpt was made in Blender, the fabric in Marvelous Designer, the skin texture using Texturing XYZ maps (Male 30s, Male 40s) in Mari, the textures for clothes and the Base color for the face were made in Substance Painter. Postprocessing in Photoshop. It took about two months from start to finish.
